How long should a session on the Embodi-Cloud last?
There is no set time. For most people, a session on the Embodi-Cloud ends up being about 20 minutes.
First timers on the Embodi-Cloud sometimes go for an hour or two before equilibrium happens within.
You will find that once there is an inner balance of energy and structure you will feel a natural impulse to move and to get up off the Embodi-Cloud. It is best to follow your own impulse. (The ultimate "cause" of all stress is not moving but HOLDING ON as life brings constant change.)
My bet though, is that you'll eagerly look forward to these sessions, rather than seeing them as a chore. Why? Because the experience is just pure bliss and you feel so good afterwards.

Can I use the Embodi-Cloud on a bed?
If you would like to use the Embodi-Cloud on a bed, you will need the "Bed Support Package". The Bed Support Package consists of an “arm board” and “leg board” which you can use on your bed to keep the Embodi-Cloud stable while on the softer bed surface. (Without it, the Embodi-Cloud would distort in shape when you use it on a bed. As a result, you would not achieve the desired aligned body position.) The "leg board" is also important for taller people, if their legs extend past the end of the bed.

I don't have enough room in my home. Can I still use the Embodi-Cloud?
Yes. You've probably got a bed! So, with the "Bed Support Package", you can use the Embodi-Cloud on your bed. Then, after each use you can simply roll up the Embodi-Cloud and store it away.

Can I sleep on the Embodi-Cloud all night?
To have a few moments of pain relief, stress relief or tension relief in the body is a revelation for most
people. I see it over and over again... so many people get up from the Embodi-Cloud and ask "Can you sleep on the Cloud?" since their underlying experience is a deep feeling of relaxation that has not been felt for a long time... and yet the change was so rapid.
Thus, the reason for the question is "I feel so relaxed, I don't want to get off from the Cloud... it must be far better if I spend the entire night."
However, it is best not to sleep on the Embodi-Cloud all night. No matter how perfect your body position, your body naturally needs to physically move occasionally during sleep. This is to maintain circulation through the parts of your body that are in contact with the bed. So, spending all night on the Embodi-Cloud would cause stiffness... because it prevents this natural movement in sleep.
When you "Cloud" on a regular basis, you will move into a deep relaxation state in a very short period of time. And this relaxed state will continue with you in regular bed sleep.

Does the Embodi-Cloud come in different colors so it will fit my home decor?
The standard Embodi-Cloud color is purple (as shown in the photos of the Embodi-Cloud you've seen). If you would like your Embodi-Cloud to be a different color, please specify your choice of color in the "Comments/Special Delivery Instructions" field during checkout. The additional colors you can choose from are: dark green and dark blue.

What if I am higher than 6'6" or weigh more than 250 lbs?
To help support you completely, there is an extra piece, which we call "eXtend". The eXtend goes off the end of the mat to hold up the feet for shorter people and also can be used under the knee support for bigger people.
